We start with what's been bothering you most, then work top to bottom: fans and vents first, then surfaces, then baseboards and floors, so nothing settles back where we've already cleaned.
Arizona homes get a few extra steps. We treat mineral film on shower glass and faucets, clear dust from shutters and slider tracks, and use pH-safe products on travertine and other natural stone.
A deep clean works on its own or as the first visit before regular service.
