Popular extras: inside oven $45, interior windows $75, hard-water treatment $50, casita $90.

Dust & monsoon grit
Fine desert dust settles on fans, shutters, sills, and door tracks. We work top to bottom so it ends up in the vacuum, not back on the floor.
Hard water film
Mineral spots on shower glass, faucets, and tile come back fast here. Regular care keeps them light; a hard-water treatment handles heavy buildup.
Travertine, saltillo & stone
Natural stone and sealed tile need pH-safe products. Tell us your surfaces and we plan the visit around them.
Fans & high ceilings

How do you price a cleaning?
Price depends on the type of clean, your home's size and bathrooms, its current condition, pets, and any extras. Our quote form gives you an estimate range in about three minutes, and we confirm the final price with you before the first visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients are at work or out of town. We'll talk through entry options after you book, and we never ask for door, gate, or alarm codes through the website.
Can you handle hard water spots?
Yes. Valley water leaves mineral film on shower glass, fixtures, and tile. Regular visits keep it in check, and a hard-water treatment add-on tackles heavier buildup.
Should my first recurring visit be a deep clean?
Usually, yes. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last month or so, a deep clean first gets everything to a baseline so regular visits stay quick and consistent.
Do you clean casitas, patios, or guest houses?
Yes. Add them when you request a quote and we'll build them into the visit.
