House cleaning across the northeast Valley.
We keep a focused service area so we can stay on schedule and get to know the homes we care for. Each city has its own water, homes, and rhythms, so we plan for them differently.
Scottsdale stretches a long way from south to north, and its homes change a lot along the way. We plan each visit around the house in front of us, not a one-size checklist.
- Homes we see: Condos and townhomes near Old Town, 1970s–80s ranch homes, newer North Scottsdale builds
- Water: Hard: about 16–25 grains per gallon, depending on the neighborhood
Paradise Valley is almost entirely large residential lots, set around Camelback and Mummy Mountains. The homes are big, the finishes are often natural stone, and the details matter.
- Homes we see: Custom homes on one-acre lots, guest casitas, hillside homes
- Surfaces: Travertine, marble, natural stone counters, large glass walls
Fountain Hills sits on the east side of the McDowell Mountains, a little apart from the rest of the Valley. Plenty of homes here are lived in part of the year, and we plan for that.
- Homes we see: Hillside homes with views, golf communities, part-year homes
- Popular services: Seasonal open and close, regular cleaning, deep cleans
Near one of these but not inside it? Send a request anyway. We take nearby homes when the schedule allows.
